Reserving a place
Reach out through the contact form or by phone with the track and format you are considering. A short conversation beforehand helps confirm which track fits your situation, particularly if more than one life event applies.
Group sizes are kept between six and ten participants so that each session allows time for individual questions. Spaces in a given cohort are confirmed on a first-inquiry basis once you have spoken with a facilitator.

What to expect before your first session
Before the first meeting, participants receive a short intake form covering household composition, the life event involved, and any documents worth bringing. This is used only to help the facilitator plan the session, not to make any assessment or decision on a participant's behalf.
Arriving without documents fully organized is common and expected. The first session of every track is built around getting oriented, not around performance.
