An educational program, Rzeszów & online

A calm path back to stabilityclarityconfidencecontrol

Bofova Sikemu is a structured program for people rebuilding their finances after job loss, illness, or divorce. The lessons move one week at a time, with no pressure to fix everything at once.

Format

Small groups or one-on-one review, in person in Rzeszów or over video call.

Duration

Six to ten weeks, depending on which track fits your situation.

Pace

One topic at a time. No lengthy assignments, no rushed decisions.

Who it's for

Adults navigating a job loss, a health diagnosis, a separation, or a divorce.

Financial stress after a life disruption rarely responds to a single fix. It responds to time, structure, and small decisions made in order.

That is the premise behind every lesson in this program. We are not interested in dramatic turnarounds. We are interested in steady, repeatable ground.

Why people choose this pace

Built for how recovery actually happens

Paced, not rushed

Each week introduces a single concept. There is time to sit with a decision before the next topic arrives.

Structure over guesswork

A fixed sequence of topics replaces the scattered advice that often follows a sudden loss of income.

Guided, not lectured

Sessions are small enough for real conversation. Questions are answered in context, not in generalities.

Room for setbacks

Recovery is not linear. The program is built to absorb a missed week or a change in circumstances.

The curriculum

Four tracks, one shared foundation

Every participant begins with the same foundation module. From there, the sessions branch toward the situation that brought them here.

Foundations

Understanding where money is actually going, before deciding what to change.

Financial documents and folders arranged neatly on a desk in an organized stack

Job Loss Track

Adjusting a budget around reduced or paused income, and sequencing which bills matter first.

Illness & Medical Leave Track

Working through medical costs, reduced work hours, and the paperwork that comes with both.

Two adults reviewing shared financial documents calmly at a table during a separation planning conversation

Divorce & Separation Track

Separating shared finances, rebuilding an individual budget, and planning for new fixed costs.

Upcoming sessions

A new cohort begins most months

Sessions run in small groups, usually six to ten participants, with a consistent facilitator across the full course. Evening and daytime options are available in Rzeszów, and an online option runs on a separate schedule.
