Marta Wysocka

Marta leads most of the Rzeszów cohorts and helped shape the curriculum's pacing. Her background is in community financial counseling, working with people navigating unemployment benefits, medical debt, and separation agreements before joining this program.

She describes her role as keeping sessions grounded. "People arrive expecting to be told what to do. Most of the work is helping them see the decision clearly enough to make it themselves." Sessions she leads follow the same neutral, paced structure used across every track, regardless of format.
