A person engaged by Bofova Sikemu to lead group sessions, one-on-one reviews, or to author self-paced modules.

The Program is educational in nature. It is designed to help participants understand general concepts related to budgeting, household finance, and adjusting financial habits following a job loss, illness, or divorce. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or medical advice, and no facilitator acts as a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or attorney within a session unless separately and explicitly stated.

No guaranteed outcomes

Participation in the Program involves general education and guided reflection. We do not promise or guarantee any specific financial outcome, and results will necessarily vary based on each participant's individual circumstances, decisions, and external factors outside our control.

Acceptable use of the website

Visitors agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to its systems, submitting false information through its forms, or using its content for purposes other than personal, non-commercial reference related to the Program.

Intellectual property

All Content on this Website, including text, workbooks, and templates referenced on the What We Offer page, remains the property of Bofova Sikemu or its licensors. Enrollment and cancellation

Enrollment in a group session or one-on-one review is confirmed only after direct communication with a facilitator, as described on the Upcoming Sessions page. Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms, where applicable, will be communicated at the time of enrollment.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Polish law, Bofova Sikemu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Website or participation in the Program, except where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Polish or European Union law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of this Website shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under applicable law.
